The company has a dedicated team of experienced customer service and operational staff; each plays an important role in the successful running of the company.

With ever changing technology, it’s vital that all our staff are continually kept up to date; they all attend regular training courses and attend vehicle manufacturer seminars.


Martin Burgoyne, Workshop Manager


Having 28 years experience in the motor trade and working at Vehicle Bodycare Centre Ltd since 1993, he is fully conversant with the company’s Vehicle Manufacturer Approval protocols and works directly with the company’s Insurance Company and Vehicle Dealership network.

He regularly attends product and management training courses with the company’s vehicle manufacturer partners, enabling him to keep up to date with new developments and changes, and cascade information to the rest of the customer service and workshop team.

Martin is also an accredited ATA Vehicle Damage Assessor, being part of the customer facing, front of house team he continually strives to improve the customer service experience for customers, both at the Dealership as well as at the company’s site.




Mark Boyes, Estimator, Quality Manager & Warranty Administrator.




Mark has worked at Vehicle Bodycare centre Ltd since 1994, he fulfils the following key roles, including a Customer facing role as an Estimator, being accredited as an ATA Vehicle Damage Assessor, but also one of an Operational Role of Quality Manager, having the responsibility to appraise completed vehicle repairs, at the Final Inspection Stage, prior to handover.

As the company Warranty Administrator, Mark also acts as the liaison point between a Dealership and Customer, in the event of any Approved Vehicle Manufacturer Warranty requirements.





Fiona Boyes, Office Manager


Fiona has worked for the company for 10 years and is fully conversant with the all the company’s processes; leading up the Customer Service administration team, organises the running of the office and the company Accounts system.

She has extensive experience of working with the company’s Approved Vehicle Manufacturer representatives; collating the required information in order that any Customer Satisfaction feedback can be positively utilised.



Mike Bell


Mike joins the team bringing with him a wealth of experience.His main duties include quality control,estimating and customer liason.Having spent years in the Stoneacre bodyshop network, Mike is a welcome addition to our business and will add to our already customer focused team.





Vicki Turner, Assistant Customer Service Administrator



Meet Vicki Turner, who is primarily customer facing but her role has developed to encompass all office administration and customer liaison needs.

She is responsible for taking the inbound telephone calls, liaising with her customer service colleagues and the management team; help with any questions customers may have, and support her customer service and estimating colleagues in the most proactive manner.
